Corinne
Welborn Owner/Broker
With
over 25 years experience in real estate and having lived in the Dillon
area for over 45 years Corinne knows the community and surrounding area
in a way that few others do. Having been raised on Cattle and Sheep
ranches in SW Montana, she understands the special needs rural real
estate can require. Having left the state for a few years
after
college, she followed her heart back to Dillon. In her words
“ I have deep roots here and I don’t ever
want to
leave. I love the people and the country around
here. It
doesn’t get any better.” You can trust
her to make
your purchasing or selling transaction go smoothly.

Patty
Mild, Sales Associate
Patty is
a third generation Montanan who has a great love for Montana and the
people who live here. She wears many hats: certified K-8 teacher,
partner in Southwest Fence, horse breeder raising beautiful paints
& quarter horses, wife, mother of 3 great kids and now she dons
the hat of a Realtor. Through numerous real estate dealings on their
own properties Patty feels she can see both the buyer and seller sides
of a sale. She feels that this knowledge and experience will be an
asset in helping others find and purchase a home that fits their needs
with as little hassle as possible. |

Chance
Bernall, Broker Associate
Chance is
no stranger to Montana, attending UM Western on a rodeo scholarship
where he earned four trips to the college National Finals Rodeo in
addition to the Northern Rodeo Associations’s Calf roping
crown and two trips to the Montana Pro Circuit Finals. Chance graduated
in 2004 with a degree in Business and Communications and Computer
Technology. With all his contracts through his horseshoeing and rodeo
experience along with this integrity, ambition and great personality,
we are excited to have him on our team. |

Bill
Allen, Sales Associate
Bill, a
longtime Dillon resident, graduated from BCHS and WMC. Bill is an avid
outdoorsman, with extensive knowledge of the area and its flora and
fauna. He loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with his two children,
teaching them the ways of the woods. Bill has owned and operated Allen
Landscape & Nursery for many years, which he will continue to
do. Through his landscape business, he has gained extensive experience
in the construction of homes and recreational projects and has a keen
eye for finding potential in properties. He has been involved in pond
development and wildlife habitat and understands the climates and
growing conditions of the area. |

Don
Bernall, Sales Associate
Don recently moved
from Libby, where he worked as a real estate sales
person. Don has been married to Jaynee for 35 years and has three grown
sons. He worked as a detective and a law enforcement officer for 28
years at which time he graduated from the 159th session of the FBI
Academy and continues to run a successful Western Art business. Don
enjoys roping, hunting, fishing and understands agriculture. |

Peter
Tomaryn, Sales Associate
Peter owns a ranch
south of town with his wife Victoria, an
accomplished horse show competitor. He retired after 28 years from his
successful law practice. He has experience in both construction and
real estate development. Peter enjoys traveling, hunting, and fishing. |

Rachael
Kimberling, Property Manager
Rachael, has lived in Dillon since
2002, moving here from California with her husband Coy. She comes to
us with 28 years experience as an Administrative Assistant &
Office Manager. She has extensive communication and people skills and
is fluent in Spanish. Rachael has completed a Property Management
Course and is licensed with The State of Montana to manage property;
she also is a Licensed Notary Public and Real Estate Professional
Assistant. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with her 2
married children Owen and Cassie, both who live out of state and the
pride and joy of her life, granddaughter Emma.
